1 - Payment
❀Payment methods: Paypal, Picpay (Only BR);
100% payment must be made after approval of the sketch;
❀In the case of adopts, the amount will not be refunded, as it is in the design rules that there is no way to return it.
❀In urgent cases, you have the option to pay +50% of the amount to have your order as a priority.
2 - Refunds
❀I do not give refunds after starting lineart;
❀If the customer cancels the order or improperly terminates the payment plan being made and requests a refund, he/she will lose the rights and ownership of the Artwork, as will anyone who simply withdraws from the payment plan.
❀If the artwork is incomplete (sketch only), the refund will only be 50% if you wish to cancel.
3 - Changes in Art
❀I will only make 3 SUDDEN changes to the sketch for free, any value above that will have an increase of +$1 / R$5 on the base price. PLEASE keep your idea in mind from the START of ordering.
4 - Delivery Time
❀All information related to time is in the first ‘’prices’’ tab of Carrd, however, depending on the Artist’s situation, delivery may take up to 2 and a half months for the art to be completed;
❀ Delivery time may extend in the case of health issues or emergencies on the artist’s side, with clear communication provided to the client.
❀It is your right to ask for updates and request ‘’Wips’’ of your art;
5 - Commercial and Personal Use
❀COMMERCIAL USE: The client receives permission from the artist to sell the art as physical or virtual products such as: T-shirts, posters, keychains, bottoms, etc.;
❀PERSONAL USE: The Client has the right to do whatever they want with the art, as long as they do not sell the art;
❀It is the customer's duty to always credit the artwork whenever possible;
❀You cannot take credit for my art or remove my watermark;
6 - Payment plans
❀It is your responsibility to know that after the second installment is paid there is no way to request a refund, especially for amounts above $40, after all you committed and agreed to this, just as I agreed, a genuine agreement;
❀Reimbursement will only be considered for specific reasons, such as health problems or accidents involving you, pets or first-degree relatives, and even then, a full refund will not be offered, only 10% of the amount given;7 - Others
❀Do not recolor or make any changes to my art without asking me;
❀I, the Artist, can post the art on my social networks and use it to promote my work unless you ask me not to publish it;
❀I may cancel your commission if I have a previous problem with you or if I am not comfortable with your request, taking into account that if the Customer has already paid, they will receive a refund;
❀I do not work on the following days: Friday from 6pm, Saturday and Sunday.
❀It is strictly prohibited to feed AI’s with my art;
❀ Clients who engage in chargebacks, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will be blacklisted from future commissions;
❀ Please maintain clear and respectful communication throughout the process. Failure to respond to updates within 14 days may result in cancellation without refund;
❀ My artwork may not be used for misleading advertising, hate speech, unauthorized adult content, or any illegal activities;-❀When requesting a commission from me or purchasing any of my adopts (designs), I assume that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.-
